Decision-making on the allocation of a financial contribution

Each application for a financial contribution is assessed in accordance with the foundation's internal rules, available financial resources and current support priorities. The foundation takes into account in particular the purpose of the application, its benefit, sustainability and compliance with the foundation's mission.

The decision to allocate or not to allocate a financial contribution falls entirely within the competence of the foundation and is not legally enforceable. The foundation reserves the right to decide on the amount of the approved contribution, or on its non-allocation, including without stating a reason.

Basic rules for applicants

Financial contributions may be applied for by natural or legal persons whose activities are in accordance with the foundation's mission.

The application must be submitted in writing and must contain a clear description of the purpose for which the funds are to be used.

The financial contribution may be used exclusively for the approved purpose stated in the application.

The foundation reserves the right to request additional information or documents in relation to the application.

The allocation of a financial contribution is not legally enforceable.

The recipient of the financial contribution is obliged to demonstrate the use of the provided funds in the manner and within the deadline determined by the foundation.
