Support of the young Slovak composer Mgr. art. Tereza Jaďuďová

Harsanyi Foundation supports the creative work and public presentation of the young Slovak composer Mgr. art. Tereza Jaďuďová. As a foundation dedicated to supporting young people in our region, we aim to support this artist in her creative activities, especially in presenting her works within our local community. Together with her and her civic association Variácie, we are preparing the world premiere of the large-scale vocal-instrumental composition Requiem op. 63, which will take place in October 2026 at Bazilika sv. Ondreja. This work carries strong regional significance.

The premiere represents an important cultural impulse for southern Slovakia, and we wish to support this ambition of bringing a valuable musical project and world-class artistic quality to broad audiences within our region. We believe that the exceptional quality of the project and the remarkable story of its young local composer will also attract younger generations.

Harsanyi Foundation is also contributing to the preparation of the festival “What Has Not Yet Been Heard?”, which will take place in June 2026 in Nové Zámky. This will be the festival’s second edition. The festival focuses on presenting Slovak musical creation within an international context. The project’s dramaturgy connects premieres of works by Slovak composers with historical discoveries. Both domestic and international performers will participate. The aim is to create space for the development of cultural life outside the capital city of Slovakia.
